Welcome to Suppier! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and CodeZeo Ltd (“CodeZeo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your use of the Suppier mobile application and any related services (together, the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process information when you use Suppier.
1. Informational Use Only — Health Disclaimer
Suppier is a consumer informational tool. It is designed to help users better understand supplement labels by reading the label and presenting an AI-generated overview, supplement score, benefits, effects, and ingredient analysis.
- Suppier is provided for informational purposes only.
- Suppier is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Suppier does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or illness.
- The information shown by the App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Suppier.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional (such as your doctor, pharmacist, or dietitian) before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement, medication, or treatment, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
- AI-generated overviews, scores, benefits, effects, and ingredient analyses may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always verify information against the original product label, the manufacturer’s documentation, and trusted medical sources before acting on it.
- If you experience a medical emergency or adverse reaction, contact your local emergency services or healthcare provider immediately.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Suppier. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country and region.
- The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual consumers.
3. Your Account & Device
- You are responsible for the device on which you use Suppier, including keeping the operating system up to date and using a secure passcode and Apple ID.
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your device or Apple ID in connection with the App.
- You agree to provide accurate information when contacting support and to keep that information current.
4. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CodeZeo grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use Suppier on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by CodeZeo and its licensors.
5. Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing
- Suppier may offer optional in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions (collectively, “Paid Plans”) that unlock additional features.
- All Paid Plans are billed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple’s App Store terms. We do not access or store your payment card details.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Prices, features, and plan availability may change. Where required by law, we will give you advance notice of material price changes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Suppier responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purpose, or to harass or harm others.
- Use the App to make medical, diagnostic, or treatment decisions without professional medical input.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, rate-limiting, or other technical features of the App or its servers.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the App or extract data from it.
- Upload or scan content that contains malware, illegal material, or third-party personal data you are not authorised to share.
- Misrepresent the App’s output as professional medical, nutritional, or pharmaceutical advice to other people.
- Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure or third-party services we rely on.
7. User-Provided Content
The App processes label images and any other content you submit (collectively, “User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant CodeZeo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the App and provide the features you request (such as label analysis).
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights, and that you have all necessary rights to submit it.
8. AI-Generated Output
- The overviews, scores, benefits, effects, and ingredient analyses produced by the App are generated by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
- Outputs may differ between scans of the same product, between users, and over time as our models, prompts, and data sources evolve.
- You should treat any AI output as a starting point for your own research, not as a definitive answer or as professional advice.
- You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the App’s output.
9. Third-Party Services
Suppier may rely on third-party services (for example, cloud infrastructure, AI processing providers, analytics, and customer-support tooling) to operate. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third-party terms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
10. Intellectual Property
- The App, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and trademarks, is owned by CodeZeo or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- “Suppier”, “CodeZeo”, and related logos are trademarks of CodeZeo Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
- If you believe content in the App infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@codezeo.com with sufficient detail for us to investigate.
11. Feedback
If you choose to send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the App, you grant CodeZeo a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose, including improving the App, without obligation to you.
12. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, CodeZeo does not warrant that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations;
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
- The information generated by the App (including label readings, scores, and analyses) will be accurate, complete, or reliable;
- Any errors in the App will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will CodeZeo, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, and (b) GBP 50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CodeZeo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App in violation of these Terms; (b) your User Content; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
15. Termination & Suspension
- You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, used the App in a way that creates risk for us or other users, or where we are required to do so by law.
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.
16. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded Suppier from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge:
- These Terms are between you and CodeZeo only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- In the event of a failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims by you or a third party relating to the App or your use of it, including product liability claims, regulatory claims, or claims under consumer protection legislation.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
17. Changes to the App and the Terms
- We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time. Some changes may require you to install a new version.
- We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and/or on our website at least a reasonable period before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law.
- Continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept the changes. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, except that consumers resident in another jurisdiction may also bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence to the extent required by mandatory local law.
Nothing in this section affects any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
19. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any in-app disclosures, constitute the entire agreement between you and CodeZeo regarding the App.
