Welcome to Submia! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Submia mobile application (“App”).
Use of the App
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Submia.
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and data secure.
Subscriptions and Purchases
- Submia Pro and other in-app purchases are billed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple’s terms.
- All payments are handled by the App Store. We do not access or store your payment details. Your subscription auto-renews. To cancel it, go Settings -> Manage Submia Pro.
- You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
Data Storage & Privacy
- Your data is stored exclusively on your device unless you use features (e.g., Contact Support) that require sending data to third-party services.

Acceptable Use
- Do not use Submia for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
- Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of Submia or others.
Intellectual Property
- All content, design, and code are owned by Submia or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided “as is” with no warranties regarding functionality or reliability.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Submia is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the App.
Changes to the Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in-app and/or on our website.
- Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
