Welcome to CoffZeo! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CoffZeo mobile application (“App”).
CoffZeo helps you log drinks from a wide beverage list, estimate your daily caffeine intake, set personal
limits, and review simple weekly intake summaries. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

(including drink logging, estimated caffeine tracking, limit tracking and weekly intake insights)
and does not provide medical advice.

The caffeine amounts and intake values shown in the App are estimates based on general reference data.
Actual caffeine content can vary significantly by brand, preparation method, serving size and other factors.

The information provided by the App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Nothing in the App is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

Do not rely on the App to make decisions about your health, sleep, medication, or treatment.
Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional regarding caffeine sensitivity,
sleep disorders, heart conditions, pregnancy, or any other health concerns.

Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information shown in CoffZeo.
Features and Scope of Use

CoffZeo currently focuses on core features such as:
- Manual drink logging using a broad beverage list.
- Estimated caffeine tracking based on your logged drinks.
- Personal caffeine limit setting and simple limit tracking.
- Basic weekly caffeine intake overview and trends.

The App may be updated over time. We may add, modify or remove features (including free and CoffZeo Pro features)
at our sole discretion to improve the experience or maintain the service.

Any descriptions of future or potential functionality are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee
that such features will be released or maintained.
Use of the App
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use CoffZeo.

You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes to log drinks and track your own caffeine intake.
You may not provide the App as a service or tool to third parties without our written permission.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your device in connection with the App and for maintaining
the security of your device and any screen lock or passcode.

You understand and agree that caffeine calculations and insights are estimates only and may not be accurate,
complete or suitable for your individual situation.

You are solely responsible for evaluating your caffeine intake and making decisions about consumption,
sleep, training or health, regardless of what is shown in the App.
Subscriptions and Purchases

CoffZeo may offer optional paid features, such as CoffZeo Pro subscriptions or other in-app purchases.
These products and their availability may change over time.

Purchases and subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions,
including App Store payment and subscription policies.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment details. Your subscription
may auto-renew according to the settings in your Apple ID account.

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings
(for example: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on iOS).

Refunds, if any, are handled directly by Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not provide separate
refunds beyond what Apple offers.
Data Storage & Privacy

Your drink logs and caffeine data are primarily stored locally on your device. Removing the App or
resetting your device may delete this data unless you have your own backup.

Some limited technical information (such as purchase receipts, anonymized diagnostics or crash logs) may be
processed by third-party service providers (for example, for subscriptions or analytics) to keep the App
functioning reliably and securely.

We do not intentionally store your individual drink log entries on our own servers for the purpose of
building personal caffeine profiles.

If, now or in the future, you choose to enable any optional integrations with third-party services
(for example health or fitness services, if supported), data sharing with those services will be subject to
their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable Use
- Do not use CoffZeo for any unlawful, harmful, abusive or misleading purpose.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, our servers or any related systems,
nor interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation.

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

Do not use the App in a way that infringes or violates any intellectual property or other rights of
CoffZeo, CodeZeo Ltd, or any third party.
Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to design, logos, graphics, text, user interface,
algorithms and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to CodeZeo Ltd and is protected by
copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on
your personal devices solely for your own use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or create derivative
works from the App or any part of it without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied,
including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
accuracy or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of caffeine estimates, weekly analytics or any other output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeZeo Ltd and its affiliates, officers, employees and partners
shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages,
including but not limited to health issues, lost data, loss of profits or other intangible losses,
arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and, where applicable,
cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update, modify or discontinue parts of the App (including specific features, drink lists or
subscription offerings) at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date or
provide notice in the App and/or on our website.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to the App or these Terms constitutes your acceptance
of those changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the App
(or any portion of it) at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe
you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Certain provisions of these Terms
that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including, for example,
intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute-related provisions, if any).
